  3. Očajni psalam

    Živim u Očaj državi
    U gradu Očaju
    Međ očajnim ljudima
    Ja očajna
    Očajnog dragog grlim
    Očajnim rukama
    Šapućem mu očaj-reči
    Ljubim očaj usnama.

    Iz očaja decu pravimo
    U očaju davimo –
    Očajem kljukajući
    Očajančiće naše
    Da produže rod naš očajni
    Ime naše očajno da pronose
    Očajnu decu rađajući
    A ona još očajniju
    Itd.

    Jer Bog očaja nama vlada
    I njegovi očaj-izaslanici
    S očaj spravicama
    Što naše kuće očajem malaju
    Prozore zastiru očajem
    I vrata njime okivaju
    Očaj-zidine dižući oko nas.

    Propovedaju očaj-veru
    Ubiru berićet i ćar
    Učeći nas Svetom Očaju
    Kojim ćemo zaslužiti život večni
    Da vaskrsne ljudski rod
    Očajni –

    Jagnje koje luta
    Ne nalazeći kućišta i puta
    Zore i jutra.
    Za vjek i vjekov.

    Prokleta nek si ruko uboga
Koja ovo zapisa leta Gospodnjeg 2013.

  4. 'In 1961, the city of New York established a zoning program that offered private developers additional building space, as long as a certain amount was designated for public use. The program has since than created 526 POPS (Public Owned Private Space) in the five boroughs, equal to approximately 3.5 million square feet of public space...These spaces are intended to provide New York City residents with open spaces where they can retreat from the dense, overcrowded urban environment, especially in neighborhoods without nearby city parks.'

  5. IDEJA
*Ljudi koriste prostor sa ciljem stvaranja JAVNOG PRODUKTA, kojim se šalje određena vrsta 'feedback'-a ka društvu. Tako privatni prostor postaje javan.

  6. 'The attributes of the appropriators themselves also affect their expected benefits and costs. If appropriators do not obtain a major part pf their income from resource, the high costs of organizing and maintaining a self-governing system may not be worth their effort. If appropriators do not share a common understanding of how complex resource systems operate, they will find it extremely difficult to agree on future joint strategies.'

  7. 'The particular rules used in the long-surviving, self-governing systems varied substaintially from one another. Consequently, it is not possible to arrive at empirical generalizations about the particular types of rules used to define who is a member of a self-governing community, what rights they have to access a common-pool resource and appropriate resource units, and what particular obligations they face. It is possible, however, to derive a series of design principles that characterize the configuration of rules that are used.'

  8. 'First, the community which uses them was and is heavily involved in developing the programming for the site, as well as the design. Second, they are all heritage industrial sites, which have been renovated using elements of green design to ensure their sustainability. These sites do not try to preserve the buildings as a museum, but rather adapt them to be meaningful public spaces for the community to use and enjoy.'

  11. "Zajedničko življenje - to je lepa stvar. Ali to što vidimo da svuda cveta, to nije zajedničko življenje. Ono će se iznova roditi iz međusobnog upoznavanja pojedinaca, i ono će začas dati svetu drugi oblik. Ono što sad postoji kao zajedničko življenje jeste samo stvaranje stada..."
